  • Abstract
    Discusses the relationship between the anisotropy of the photoconduction and the molecular orientation and structure in polyimide films. Initially, a model for the photoconduction process in different directions of electric field is presented. On the basis of the model, three dimensional anisotropy of photoconduction in Kapton film are discussed. Furthermore, the effect of molecular structure on the photocurrent is also studied
