Abstract
The chemical structures and electrical properties of photochemically-polymerized phenylacetylene films. For polymerization a high pressure mercury lamp (400 W) was used as a light source. The polymerization was carried out at a pressure of 4×102 Pa and substrate temperature of 30°C. Polymer film was usually formed on a glass substrate with a base electrode (Au) deposited by vacuum evaporation, then upper strip electrodes (Au) were deposited to form sandwich-type specimens. The area of the electrode was 1 mm2 . Surface-type electrodes were also used in the case of doped specimen
