Abstract
This paper describes a generic method to assist architectural design of heterogeneous systems. Improvement lie on better design rationalization and lesson learn acquisition. We use the model driven approach to define architectural models of the system. The approach is based on the translation of requirements in quantitative and measurable technical indicators that could be integrated to the design models. It relies on the EIA632 processes, IEEE1471 definitions and suggests the use of UML/SysML notations.
