Abstract :
A Si3N4 4-channel wavelength-striped multiplexer is designed for a 160 Gb/s WDM signal (4×40 Gb/s), incorporating delays up to 9.45 m long (48 ns). Bit-error-rate performance of 1×10-9 is obtained for all four channels.
