Abstract :
Continuous time CMA equalizer is proposed for analog processing based DP-QPSK receivers. A two tap equalizer designed using 130 nm BiCMOS technology occupies 1.4mm×1.3mm area, consumes 2.5W power and corrects upto 240 ps / nm chromatic dispersion.
