Abstract :
In order to understand oscillatory behavior of physical systems it is common to plot the time series data for making figures of oscillation waveform. Oscillations in nonlinear systems, in particular, are often analyzed from the view point of the visualized structures that stand for dynamical characteristics or bifurcation structures. Sonification of physical system oscillation, e.g. (in this research) to make the sound through PC speakers from the oscillation waveform digital data, is also meaningful help to understand the oscillation characteristic. In this research a prototype software tool for making sound of waveform of a simulated physical system in real-time has been developed. It is based on the open sound system API that is common to Linux OS.
