  • Abstract
    Experimental characterization of integrated capacitors and resistors on a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) substrate is performed. The high frequency performance of these passive components is tested using a network analyzer. Equivalent circuit models of the integrated capacitor and resistor are also proposed. It shows that good agreement is achieved between the measured and simulated data
