Abstract
We developed a computerized protocol in order to optimize the quality control of radiology equipments and to assist the users´ expectations point out by using market research. The program was written in Pascal language by using the Delphi software for Windows operating system. The used computer was a 1 GHz processor (Intel Pentium III) and 256 Mbytes of RAM memory laptop with the bland Toshiba. The protocol decreases the time of measures accomplishment, the time of the technicians´ training that accomplish the measures and it increases the quality of the quality control.
