Abstract :
Deals with the emerging GSM Network Management mechanisms, as developed by the CEPT GSM O&M Experts Group and currently under implementation by ORBITEL. The UK input to OMEG´s 13 draft recommendations on GSM Network Management has been significant. To develop these Recommendations, OMEG took into account existing CCITT, CEPT, ISO, etc., documentation, available experience in managing (Mobile) Communications Networks, as well as latest trends in Network Management
