Abstract
In recent years, adaptive signal processing has been applied to a variety of areas, ranging from acoustic applications to telecommunications networks. The concept of “smart antennas” is based on the use of this technique in antenna systems processing. Smart antennas have been considered as a key technology to provide the services demanded by mobile network users. This article presents the radiation pattern obtained for a linear antenna system composed by dipole antenna having λ/2 lengths. Thus, a program was developed in Matlab which allows the change of parameters of array antennas.
