Abstract
The bioprocess is a complexity in which microorganisms grow by consuming substrate and producing some useful product. The influence of substrate, inhibitor and biomass on this process was studied. And the biomass growth model, the substrate consumption model and the production generation model were built on the base of a batch fermentation process. Many conditional factors such as temperature, dissolved oxygen, the agitator speed and aeration quantity were also introduced. The result of simulation by MATLAB 6.5 is consistent with that of the experiment in the nosiheptide batch fermentation process
