Abstract
In recent years, the concept of hybrid power systems have been received and a variety of models have been introduced for hybrid power systems in order to establish a mathematical framework to handle the problem of hybrid systems. This paper propose an approach integrated hybrid Petri nets (HPN) and hybrid automata (HA) to accomplish system modeling and controller design of hybrid power systems. The first part of our contribution is to introduce the concept of CVSTHPN used to describe the schedule modelling problem of the power network. The second part concerns the quantitative analysis of hybrid systems and an algorithm is given for designing system controller
