Abstract :
We provide our result on mathematical analysis and practical experiments on design of watermarking scheme for images. This method is based on addition of a series of pseudo-noise sequence, which are generated from the author´s ID, in the subband transform domain of the image. Using the time domain analysis method of filter banks a general mathematical framework for optimum design and measurement of the distortion results by this dithering of image subbands is provided. Meanwhile experimental results show that this watermark schema is robust to several distortions including white and colored noise, coding at different qualities, and cropping
