Abstract
The whole dynamic model of 600MW fossil-fired is found power plant unit based on PFU. The evaporating system, superheater, HP cylinder, reheater and IP/LP cylinder of the turbine could be viewed as the open system, which is analyzed to found the energy equation by using the first thermodynamics law. The pressure node and the flow conductivity are proposed to calculate the pressure and the flow rate of the subsystem. The nonlinear factors are considered to enhance the mechanism accuracy, the PFU equation is provided. The nonlinear mathematic model of unit is proposed. According as the systemic method and the change of the critical conditions the dynamics of plant is analyzed. Through the comparisons with the field testing result, the response of the presented dynamic model is proved
