  • Abstract
    The sub-pixel subdivision algorithm of image processing and measurement is studied in this paper. On the basis of the principle of sub-pixel subdivision, and combined with the gradient direction of boundary points using Gaussian curve interpolation algorithm, the location of the boundary points has been located to sub-pixel level. Through the comparison of sub-pixel subdivision experiment conclusion by analyzing before and after the sub-pixel subdivision, we verified the accuracy of improvement of subdivision algorithm in image processing and measurement.
