Abstract :
This work represents a case study for the use of two commercially available simulation packages which were used in the design of the material layers required for the fabrication of both surface and substrate fed integrated injection logic structures incorporating Si1-xGex material, The design issues considered here are all associated with achieving inverting action from a basic I 2L inverter
