Abstract

Short message service (SMS) technology has facilitated the development and growth of text messaging. The paper presents a novel SMS-based service for supply business, called SBSoSMS. The SBSoSMS model including outsourcing order process and order state transition of SBSoSMS is discussed in detail. The SMS service design and implementation is presented too. With the integration with the SaaS typed supply business service, the multi channel communication between the assembly factory and its suppliers will increase more convenience to the user. For the popularly using of mobile phone and and SMS in China, the SBSoSMS makes it possible for businessman to run their business in every where and every time.
