Abstract :
A planar UWB antenna array with four elements is designed. Exponential tapered microstrip lines are used to feed the array. The array has an operating bandwidth of 3.1-11 GHz. The fidelity of the array in the main radiation direction is 0.925, which can be accepted in UWB communication systems. The radiation amplitude and the directivity of the array are enhanced compared with the antenna element.
