Abstract
At frequencies 100-1000 GHz the scattering calculation of electromagnetic waves by inner microcaverns in the CVD-Diamond output windows of megawatt gyrotrons was made. It was shown that in the MM range the scattering is negligible but higher than 170GHz we see the real scattering influence and closely to 1 THz the energy losses due to scattering is much higher than the "regular" absorption. For the set of De Beers windows already at 300GHz the losses due to scattering are compared with the "regular" losses. For another set of De Beers windows and for the disks produced in IAP RAS the scattering influence starts only higher of 400 GHz.
