Abstract :
A fast single-to-differential stage is proposed to convert single-ended signal from a conventional TIA to fully differential output for burst-mode receiver design. The receiver realized with 0.35mum SiGe BiCMOS process shows a dynamic range of -28dBm to -5.25dBm and settling time less than 20ns at 1.25Gbps
