Abstract :
Energy management is now a mandatory for energy storage system because of the demand in the market including the battery and ultra-capacitor. The energy management can allow good balancing and energy usage of the battery and capacitor under steady and transient state of operation. It is a solution for successful energy utilization for electric vehicle, wind power and solar power system as well as uninterruptible power supplies. This paper will present the method of balancing method, State of Charge and the related circuit development and soft-development. The product will look like an intelligent battery with a high speed and stable stead-state operation. The system is fully equipped with display and monitoring that it is safe and easy to use.
