Abstract
The paper presents a method for estimating the continuity in supplying electric power systems based on building probability density function bivariate Gram-Charlier. Previously is used the same approximation for the probability distribution function for all load flows branches convergent to systems nodes considering the units generators outages and branch outages, respectively. The method is exemplified on a test system with six buses for estimated the loss of load probability and expected energy not supply.
