Abstract
A method for the numeric calculation of ohmic losses caused by microwaves reflected from corrugated walls is presented. It works for arbitrary corrugation profiles and for cases where the calculation of the EM-flelds by assuming a perfectly conducting wall would lead to erroneous results. A comparison with measurements with a 3 mirror resonator is made.
