Abstract :
Unitary impulse constrained decision feedback equalizer (UIC DFE) design method is proposed in this paper. UIC DFE is designed according to the physics concept that the equalized channel response is a unitary impulse. Based on the polynomial division algorithm, this method is implement both the DFE and Linear Equalizer(LE) design. This method is shown to have Simple design concept, competitive low implementation complexity and quite good performance.
