Abstract :
Proposes a design method for linear phase bireciprocal lattice wave digital filters (WDFs) by applying simultaneous attenuation and group-delay (or phase) approximation. The group-delay (or phase) is considered in the whole frequency domain so the method is of interest to design filters in filterbank applications, e.g. subband coding. An illustrative example demonstrates the efficiency of the proposed method
