Abstract :
The intelligent transport, which is a newly arisen realm of the 21 st century, is introduced in this paper. We expound the basic concept of the intelligent transport and the general situation of its development in the world, then point out the problems that we face during the course of studying intelligent transport. In order to solve these problems, we will give a new method, the CF graphic category structure, which has inspirable and realistic meaning for research in intelligent transport. Through CF graphic category, we study the structure of De. Morgan algebra that maps the fuzzy clustering neural network, set up CF morphism, design the model with optimal fuzzy clustering neural network of CF graphic category structure, and then we give an example to show that this structure has the ability of overcome slow convergent speed and clustering dead-spots.
