Abstract
Harmonic state estimation (HSE) of power systems is a very efficient and economic tool to provide system-wide solutions for monitoring and control of harmonic pollution in the power systems. In this paper, the fundamental methodology in software implementation of HSE is introduced, including the software development environment, the object-oriented model, graphical user interface, and the database and algorithm engines
