Abstract :
In order to measure lightning damage risk, this article has introduced the concept of regional lightning risk assessment to make some pre-assessment of the extent of danger and damage. Considering the characteristic of multi-factor, fuzziness and uncertainty, this article applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to provide a hierarchical model of the regional lightning risk assessment. Then the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods is used to study the regional lightning risk assessment, and the evaluation results can provide constructive views for lightning protection measures.
