Abstract :
According to the research of rewinder machine technics in paper-making industry, we find out the factors that effect the quality of finished scroll, and analyze the control theory and methods, and study the optimized control about working capability, least energy wastage and energy feedback, which emphasizes on the diameter calculation and the choosing of weak magnetic point in the tension control loop, then work out consummate rewinder automatic control system project
