Abstract
This paper briefly discusses how a branch of the United States Army´s Armament Research, Development, and Engineering Center leverages video game technology in order to support the Warflghter; and how this same approach can be applied to assist in securing the waterside. Examples of past and current projects will be cited and relationships to protecting ports, waterways, and critical infrastructure will be examined.
