Abstract
When a target is influenced by environment to change, its suitability will be changed to a degree. Under such circumstance, the traditional static linear matching method will lose its effectiveness as the accuracy of search is reduced. So, here, the thought of chaos genetic algorithms (CGA) is introduced to improve the matching accuracy in a dynamic environment. In view of the disadvantage of supply chain for its limit open and demonstrating competition excessively, which binds up its matching utility, the SDN is introduced as enterprises management model. Accordingly, the SDN enterprise management information system (MIS) will carry out the purpose of global supply and demand resources dynamic matching by the CGA method in SDN enterprises.
