Abstract :
Spline finite strip method is a common theory analysis method of researching cold-bend deformation of the strip steel. In the process of roll forming, some finite strips touch rollers, and then after undertaking stress from rollers, these finite strips not only has its own deformation, but also can make finite strip which have no touch with rollers deform through knot line´s control, so these finite strips are defined eigenfinite strip. Among numerous finite strips the eigenfinite strip has determinative action for the slab´s deformation. Researching the deformation mechanism of eigenfinite strip will make it simplification to apply spline finite strip method to research deformation mechanism. Based on researching spline finite strip method the three principles of confirming eigenfinite strip and the intelligence plan of eigenfinite strip agent are brought forward, which found theory basis and structure model for making eigenfinite strip intelligentization
