Abstract :
Advance equipment of a second generation is developed to investigate the formation process of bioceramic coatings on titanium surface by pulsed microplasma processes. The new equipment allows to record the voltammetric characteristics of the pulsed microplasma processes in electrolytic solutions keeping the solvable component such as hydroxyapatite and calcium phosphate. It is shown that the voltammetric characteristics depends on a nature of the electrode, composition of electrolyte, time of process, and polarization potential. The morphology of the obtained bioceramic coating was investigated. The analysis of the voltammetric dependencies shows, that the registration voltammetry curves allows to supervise the process of formation of bioceramic coatings and to construct bioceramic coatings with given properties.
