  • Abstract
    Thls paper presents the refractive index, absorption coefficient, complex permittivity (real and imaginary), and loss tangent of talc, flour, and pesticide from 200 to 1,300 GHz. A unique resonance peak was observed in talc at 1,150 GHz.
