Abstract :
In order to meet high quality request of artificial fur and get over current artificial fur knitting machine´s flaw such as high cost, complicated operation, inconvenient maintenance, a plan of new type artificial fur knitting machine auto-control system based on multiMCU, DSP and industrial computer with touched display was presented. Paragraph data process, parameters input, manipulation and status display were dealt by an industrial computer. The function of needle picking, top wool picking and trouble detection was charged by a DSP. 18 comber headers whose top wool controller and stepper motors were controlled by a MCU respectively were realized. Furthermore, the realization plans of key technologies such as needle-picker control, top wool control, paragraph control, trouble detection, data transformation were explained in detail. The reason of parking line phenomena was analyzed and the compensating method was introduced. The 1184 needles style and 1056 needles style were realized by the system. High quality, high efficiency, easy operation and convenient maintenance are the features of the system
