Abstract :
This paper provides a general overview of the continuous improvement process (CIP) concept as the underlying philosophy for quality circles or process improvement team showing its application to the various business activities which will require making good decisions. CIP approach concerns providing understanding of and improving of processes used by people, and rewarding their efforts toward that end, rather than overemphasizing results, to set up good conditions for employee. Also this paper provides some steps for CIP, key continuous improvement tools and illustrate the differences between CIP and innovations.
