Abstract :
We propose a parameter identification method for a general L-type equivalent circuit of one phase of the induction motor by using the measurement phase currents at different voltages when the load torque of the induction motor is constant, in which the slip is treated as the function of the load torque and the torque current. By virtue of analyzing the load torque amplitude spectrum, we conclude that the meshing stiffness and wear of the gear installed in the output axis is the supplementary factor influencing the dynamic behavior of the gearbox. This study provides an effective method for the online monitoring of the dynamic characteristics for an induction and gearbox transmission system.
