Abstract :
The batching and weighting process is an intermittent plant suffered from severe changing of industrial environment, and is difficult to be controlled by conventional control methods. In this paper a new mathematical model for controller parameter setting and the approach of parameter tuning are investigated. It is shown that the proposed scheme can improve the system performance greatly and offer some effective adaptive control techniques for the practical batching and weighting system.
