Abstract :
In work conducted clinic-experimental parallels between endocrine parameters beside the patients with myocardial infarction with the arterial hypertensive and new hypertensive rat strain (with hereditary, stress-induced arterial hypertension) with experimental myocardial infarction. Shown that changing of plasma rat levels of corticosterone, aldosterone, insulin, T3 and T4 as a whole corresponds similar factors beside patients with the myocardial infarction with the arterial hypertension. Suggested that myocardial infarction with the arterial hypertension has disadaptive current that can be explained by removed compensatory possibilities of myocard. Our data allow to consider a new hypertensive rat strain adequate experimental model for studying of pathogenesis of ischemic heart damage.
