Abstract :
The results of one of the courses of the complex program on hepatitis are represented in this work. Patients with viral hepatitis B+C both with opiomania and without it were the subjects of the inquiry. Their epidemiological characteristics, peculiarities of the clinical course of the viral hepatitis at the background of opiomania and the result of the case monitoring are presented here. The topicality of the study of viral hepatitis at present is first of all related to the constant growth of the disease incidence because of the wide spread of the narcomania. Meanwhile, the majority of the clinical and pathogenetic aspects of this complex and combined pathology is still unexplored. The study of the clinical manifestation of the acute viral hepatitis B+C among 47 patient, who used intravenous introduction of drugs is described here. In order to reveal the features of the disease course among the drug addicts the AVH B+C patients of the same age, who didn´t take any psychotropics (46 patients) were also under medical supervision.
