New methods of tricuspid annuloplasty and possibility of their commercial using

Insufficiency of the tricuspid valve often complicates the flow of acquired valve diseases of the left heart parts. The prognosis in patients with mitral and/or aortic valve repair/replacement but without of surgery on tricuspid valve in these cases is unfavourable. Thus the elaboration of new methods of tricuspid valve surgery is highly significant. In Cardiovascular department of Institute of Cardiology was created new method of tricuspid annuloplasty tricuspid circular purse annuloplasty. The advantages of this method in front of De Vega tricuspid annuloplasty method are described in the article.
