Abstract
A method of A VR reconstruction is presented to realize the course simulation of rectifying gangteeth from two perspective images of teeth model. In order to obtain accurate AVR reconstruction, we take the following measures: (i) Geometric active contour model is used to realize the teeth segmentation and get the edge curves of structure contour. The geometric active contour model is modified to enhance its performance, (ii) A simple and robust method was proposed to compute the fundamental matrix for 3d reconstruction. (Hi) Curve-based stereo is used to reconstruct the 3d structure of teeth. Experiment results show that the A VR reconstruction is successful.
