Abstract :
A Flash EEPROM Using A New Cell And New Circuit Techniques To Overcome Performance And Process Constraints Associated With A Flash EEPROM Will Be Described. The Newly Developed Flash EEPROM Module Embedded In A 32 Bit Microcontroller Has Achieved A Word Programming Time Of Less Than 10us, An Array Erase Time Of Less Than 100ms, And A System Operating Frequency Of Over 25MHz.
