Abstract
We consider the possibility of making short-wave range active device based on magnetic-breaking electron radiation moving in heterogeneous magnetic field. In many devices such as ubitron, laser on free electron beams etc. one of the main elements that form spiral electron flow is the magnetic focus system making the required field distribution at the interaction space. The focus system of these devices is periodical in vacuum constant magnets. Radiation is a result of electron movement in a cyclotron orbit. Radiation coherent properties are defined by the periodic electrodynamic system.
