Abstract
As the development of the state economy, the urban traffic problems are becoming more and more urgent. Although the continuous investment is devoted to the base traffic utility, the traffic congestion and the traffic accident are still growing. To solve these problem, we establish the advanced urban traffic information collecting system, which gathers and analyzes the traffic information, and then issues the real-time traffic information to the public. This will help the people select the right route before they go out. The urban traffic collecting system described in this article is based on the traffic data obtained by the mobile collecting equipment. In this page, we discuss three main methods according to different traffic data. With these methods, The system can get the real-time traffic information. And after synchronizing and issuing the traffic information, the passing ability of the road will be increased with using the traffic resource efficiently, and that the goal so-called urban harmonious traffic will be achieved
