Abstract :
This paper describes a bilateral comparison between two national metrology institutes, NMC, A*STAR from Singapore and INRIM from Italy, concerning scattering parameter measurements with WR15 (50 to 75 GHz) and WR10 (75 to 110 GHz) waveguides.
