Abstract :
Evaluation of the dynamic performance characteristics of several different types of electrical energy meters using experimental equipment are presented, including the development of the dynamic power source, the selection of the standard meter to provide reference values, and the estimation of the uncertainties. Their behaviors and results are reported and analyzed.
