Abstract :
In this paper, eco-environmental stress index method to measure the economic development of Tianjin, the size of the ecological pressure on the environment. On this basis, Introduced the Environmental Kuznets (EKC) hypothesis that the conclusions of experience, combined with data on economic growth of Tianjin, Tianjin to build EKC curve empirical analysis of the Tianjin eco-environmental pressure and economic growth in the relationship between eco-environmental pressure indicators are close to turning point, also shows that in 2006 in Tianjin since the implementation of various environmental protection measures in good condition.
