Abstract

Building energy-saving is an important emission reduction measure in construction industry. The development of CDM projects can make building energy-saving feasible. This paper introduces the situation of development of CDM projects and key technologies in building energy-saving, finds out the main restrictive factors and puts forward some countermeasures. Researches are active promotion to sustainable development and energy efficiency of our country and accelerate CDM projects in the field of building energy efficiency.
