Abstract
New AC current calibration equipment is developed, including high output impedance AC current sources, sampling resistors and AC voltage buffers, which is designed for calibrating AC current from 10μA to 1mA, at up to 10kHz. The output impedance of the AC current source is adequate enough to adapt to most of the resistance load. The AC current source is connected to the sampling resistor with a very short wire, and is connected to UUT with a very short wire as well. The calibration uncertainty can be estimated as 68ppm, k=2.
